Q: Why did you start your YouTube Channel?

My first video was an audition I sent to BodyRock. They never got back to me but I decided to keep on creating workout videos anyways and haven’t stopped since!

Q: Weight and height?

I’m 5’7” and don’t weigh myself anymore!

Q: What’s your diet like?

I live a vegan lifestyle and eat as many whole foods as possible. I’m not afraid to treat myself to some nomz though! My guess on where my macros are right now are 60% carbs, 20% protein and 20% fat.

Q: What clothes, shoes, protein, makeup, etc. do you use?

I cover this all in my vlogs on my YouTube channel 😊.

Q: Do you follow a set workout schedule?

Nope! I try to get in strength training for every muscle group but I’m constantly switching up my routine based on my goals. Interval training, lifting, ninja training, bo staff, hiking, movement flow - I do it all because our bodies are amazing and can do so much!

Q: Are you a personal trainer?

Yes! I am an ACE certified personal trainer, health coach and behavioral change specialist. I’m also certified as a CrossCore instructor and in Level 1 & 2 of Movnat.
